Created in collaboration between Yujian Cai and Chaozhou’s oldest porcelain craftsman, these hand-painted blue-and-white porcelain cups celebrate the traditions of Chaozhou Gongfu tea. Sold as a set of four, each holding 20 ml.

Care
Clean by boiling in water only. Place the cups in a pot of water and begin on low heat, allowing them to warm gradually before bringing the water to a gentle boil. Let it cool gradually afterwards. Avoid sudden temperature changes, which can cause thermal shock and cracking.
The object
Porcelain Tea Cups
A collaboration between Yujian Cai and Chaozhou’s oldest porcelain craftsman, these blue-and-white porcelain cups were created to honour the region’s traditional Gongfu tea practice. Handcrafted and hand-painted by the 70-year-old craftsman, each cup holds 20 ml for sharing tea across repeated infusions.
